The number of spectators can be limited – regional football

The football season begins without major corona restrictions.

(BZ). The Baden-Wrttemberg football associations agree: A renewed interruption or suspension of gaming is not up for discussion given the current infection situation from Covid-19. The championship round 2021/22 will start according to plan on the weekend, even if games may be canceled in individual cases due to infections. Nevertheless, the increasing numbers of corona cases are being carefully monitored by the representatives from South Baden, (North) Baden and Wrttemberg.

In the area around Freiburg, amateur sports are currently allowed without restrictions. The Emmendingen district currently has an incidence value of below 10. This means that incidence level 1 applies: Up to 1500 spectators are allowed here. A medical mask must also be worn outdoors for 300 or more people. The city area of Freiburg and the district of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald currently have values between 10 and 35, so level 2 applies here: 750 spectators are approved. A mask requirement is mandatory for 200 or more people. This does not apply to the seat in the case of permanently assigned seats that are at least 1.5 meters apart. There is no compulsory test in both stages, but contact data is required. The home clubs should prepare for this organizationally. You have a duty here.

3-G verification required for an incidence over 35

If the incidence in a district exceeds the 35 mark on five consecutive days (incidence level 3), further restrictions apply, such as a 3-G certificate for all persons involved over six years. The viewer limit is 500 here. At incidence level 4 (value over 50), only 250 viewers are allowed. Outdoor sports are only possible for up to 25 people together, and vaccinated and recovered people are not counted. On Thursday there was no city or district in Baden-Wurttemberg with a value above 35.

A new situation could arise as part of the Prime Minister’s Conference next Tuesday or when the state’s current Corona regulation comes into force on August 23. Basically, the association representatives appeal to be vaccinated. In this way, each individual makes an important contribution to keeping up the sport without restrictions.
