For the time being, a 19-year-old man from Hilversum is the only one arrested for the violence in Mallorca. Several Dutch men were injured in two violent incidents. One of the victims, 27-year-old Carlo from Waddinxveen, died days later from his injuries.
Two assaults
It is suspected that the Hilversummer was guilty of attempted manslaughter in both violent incidents by kicking two victims in the head. He is not suspected of causing the injury to the fatal victim.

The lawyer of the suspect, Peter Plasman, informs RTL Nieuws that he is not yet able to comment on the allegations. He has not yet received the criminal file.
Reported to police
His client has already reported to the police upon his return to the Netherlands. Still, it took several weeks before he was arrested. That happened yesterday morning, when the suspect was lifted from his bed in the early morning.
The police have eleven witnesses in the picture, but are still looking for more witnesses and more videos showing the abuse.
