An Audi Q5 was parked in the courtyard of a high-rise building in the parking lot. A deputy of the regional council drives it, but the car belongs to his own sister.
The fire damaged the paintwork, windshield, mirrors and the engine compartment of the car.
On the fact of deliberate damage to property by arson, the investigators began a pre-trial investigation under Part 2 of Article 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In particular, they check the arson associated with the deputy activities of the victim.
According to a local publication “Exactly Evening” the deputy of the regional council Ruslan Potapchuk drives a car. However, this car is the property of his sister Lyubov Davidyuk.
