With the PEC you allow young people excluded from employment to integrate professionally by benefiting from state aid. For hiring for at least 6 months, this assistance amounts to 65% of the gross hourly minimum wage for young people under 26 and workers with disabilities up to 30 years old and at 80% for residents of priority city policy neighborhoods (QPV) and rural revitalization zones (ZRR).
