This is particularly true in the field of old age, whose needs are important and in particular within nursing homes. Thus, a broad partnership between the ARS, the regional prefecture, employment center, the Pays de la Loire region, the local missions and the health opco offers qualifying courses in the field of old age by mobilizing one of the measures of plan # 1 young people 1 solution: the Skills Employment Pathway (PEC).
With the PEC you allow young people excluded from employment to integrate professionally by benefiting from state aid. For hiring for at least 6 months, this assistance amounts to 65% of the gross hourly minimum wage for young people under 26 and workers with disabilities up to 30 years old and at 80% for residents of priority city policy neighborhoods (QPV) and rural revitalization zones (ZRR). PECs are prescribed by the public employment service: Pôle Emploi, Mission Locale and Cap Emploi.
