The Champions League and other football competitions will be broadcast on three new stations from next year – Premier Sport 2, Nova Sport 3 and Nova Sport 4. They will not be exclusively for one operator. They will be the first to include them in Telekom’s offer, but the operators of the three stations are also negotiating with other operators.
This is good news for fans. In all probability, the Champions League will no longer be limited to customers of one operator, but will reach a much wider audience.
In addition, Bundesliga, La Liga and Serie A matches will be broadcast at these stations. Football fans will be able to watch the Champions League matches on Tuesday and Wednesday on several channels simultaneously.
On new channels
The mentioned football competitions will be broadcast on three new stations. Specifically, Premier Sport 2, Nova Sport 3 a Nova Sport 4.
“The first matches of the German Bundesliga and the Spanish La Liga will start on Friday, August 13, 2021, the Italian Serie A will start a week later. O2 is the owner of the TV license for the Premier Sport 2 TV channel. A complete team of commentators and moderators from O2 TV Sport will take part in the production of the TV channel, ”the company describes.
Nova Sport 3 and Nova Sport 4 will be created under the Czech Nova and are supposed to be premium football channels. They also get a new news studio and state-of-the-art technology.

The telecom will keep the new channels in the same packages as the previous Digi Sports. We will find out how it will be on Digi TV.
