Rob Stenders returns to radio after corona infection | show

Evers presented the afternoon show this afternoon, when Stenders suddenly reported to play the last half hour from home. Then he immediately announced that he would return to the channel from tomorrow. “I’m going to try. I have your phone number, thank you very much for your wonderful round”, he complimented Edwin Evers.

Last week, Caroline Brouwer, Stenders’ sidekick, called her sick colleague’s voice ‘a bit brittle.’ Once that complaint subsided, Stenders would broadcast from his home studio or again from the Veronica studio. That moment has now arrived.

Stenders was replaced by Edwin Evers, who said goodbye to his morning show at radio 538 at the end of 2018 after eighteen years. Since that time he no longer wanted a regular radio program, but he came in sporadically, like now. ,,Rob, will be fine, the ship is being kept afloat. We try to keep it afloat for as long as possible,” said Evers last week.
