After the inauguration of a restaurant in Qatar, in Doha, Malaga chef Dani García has inaugurated his second Bibo outside of Spain, in London. The place is located in the fashionable district in London, Shoreditch, on Curtain Road, and near the Nobu Hotel in the British capital.
Dani has presented this Bibo London on the networks, a place where he will gather his most emblematic dishes, following the line of those of Tarifa, Madrid, Marbella, Ibiza and Malaga airport.
Among the dishes that will be served in the new restaurant are sea bass fried in adobo, oxtail brioche and many tapas including salmorejos, empanadas, chistorras and rice dishes.
