Suara.com – Sony have sold more than 10 million units PlayStation 5 console or PS5. This figure is up more than 2 million after previously Sony announced record sales of 7.8 million units in April.
This figure makes the PS5 the console that surpasses sales PS4. With this gain, the PS5 becomes the Sony console with fastest selling throughout the history of the company.
Reported The Verge, Sunday (1/8/2021), the current demand for PS5 is very high. Unfortunately the stock of consoles is still limited and difficult to find due to the global chip crisis.
“While the PS5 has reached more homes faster than our previous consoles, we still have a lot of work ahead as demand for the PS5 continues to outpace supply,” said Jim Ryan, President and CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment.
