The Deabru Beltzak street theater company will celebrate its 25th anniversary, with the help of the Provincial Council, with eight performances in the Biscayan municipalities of Zaratamo, Atxondo, Ereño, Dima, Alonsotegi, Lemoiz, Lanestosa and Etxebarri.
Deabru Beltzak is the Basque street theater company with the longest international experience. He was born in 1996 and has been working in the production of street performing arts for 25 years.
As reported by the Diputación de Bizkaia, Deabru Beltzak shows have always stood out for their “striking staging and will thus lead various Biscayan towns to live a surprising experience that will astonish the audience.”
The company will offer percussion, pyrotechnics and special effects, choreography and theatrical performance. The visual spectacle can thus be enjoyed in Zaratamo (August 9); Atxondo (August 10); Ereño (August 11); Dima (August 23); Alonsotegi (August 24); Lemoiz (August 25); Lanestosa (August 26) and Etxebarri (September 4).
The performances that will take place in the street will have limited capacity due to the pandemic situation and the people who come to see the show will be seated.
