Behind the withdrawal lines, but outside the designated storage areas, the OSCE drone recorded 61 tanks, 20 howitzers, 6 anti-tank guns at two ranges in
non-government-controlled areas of the Luhansk region.
Of these, 22 tanks (T-64 – 15 units, T-72 – 7 units) were placed by the invaders in the area of the village of Kruglik. Another 39 tanks (T-64 – 23 units, T-72 -16 units), the drone noticed in the Mirny area near Luhansk.
It is also reported about 8 self-propelled howitzers (“Gvozdika”, 122 mm) and 12 towed (“Frog”, 122 mm), as well as 6 anti-tank guns (MT-12 “Rapier”, 100 mm) in Mirny.
In addition, the OSCE observed signs of a military and military-type presence in the security zone in the Budennovsky district of Donetsk. There, the SMM saw 14 armored combat vehicles. Among them are 12 armored personnel carriers of various types (BTR-70 – 2 units, BTR-80 – 2 units, MT-LB – 8 units), one trench vehicle and BTS-4A.
An unexploded 120 caliber mine was also reported near the Oktyabrskaya mine. She was spotted by OSCE cameras.
