In Kockengen they have been working on raising a few streets at the Zwanebloem for months. During a heavy rain shower, part of the village is under water. Pipes have been replaced, but foam has been sprayed into an old sewer. Now it turns out that there are holes in the old sewer, resulting in foam in the crawl spaces. The old sewer runs under the houses and under the crawl spaces.
