The Wall 2021 from Samsung is now available in Switzerland

New Micro AI Processor and integrated Black Seal technology

The new Micro AI Processor analyzes and optimizes every frame in a video to deliver the best possible image quality. Up to 16 different neural network models are in use, each of which has been trained in AI upscaling and deep learning technology. The Micro AI Processor can optimize image quality to a resolution of up to 8K, increase contrast and eliminate noise.

The Black-Seal-Technology ensures an ideal evenness of the screen. It creates a seamless image and ensures perfect black values ​​with increased contrast. Thanks to a maximum brightness of 1,600 nits, The Wall delivers razor-sharp images that are also shown to their best advantage in bright rooms. The Ultra Chroma technology generates narrower wavelengths, which display RGB colors twice as pure¹ and significantly more precisely than with conventional LEDs. Each LED is up to 40% smaller² – this enlarges the pure black space between the pixels and leads to higher color uniformity and a higher image contrast.

The Wall 2021 is easy to install thanks to the new wireless docking ports and frameless design. In addition, the installation depth is reduced by half³. Thanks to the modular technology, The Wall 2021 can be installed in different shapes and sizes. In addition, Factory Seam Adjustment ensures that adjustments only have to be made once per cabinet, eliminating the need for module-specific adjustments and significantly reducing installation work.

Huge display with over 1,000 inches

The 2021 model offers the most detailed image yet with the industry’s first 8K resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz and simple 8K playback. The Wall can be configured horizontally for a resolution of up to 16K with an arrangement of 15,360 x 2,160 pixels⁴. The display measures over 1,000 inches and thus creates an enormous area for content presentation.

The Wall comes with Micro HDR, Micro Motion, and 20-bit processing. This ensures consistent image quality and an interference-free viewing experience everywhere. The LED control system offers other exciting functions such as the PBP (Picture by Picture) to display several sources at the same time.
