He hopes the film can get everyone out of “hibernation” and laugh again:
– We have not met other people, we have not experienced culture with others – now is the time, says Hennie.
– Magical and different
The 45-year-old claims that he has been lucky during the corona and that he has been allowed to work during almost the entire pandemic, which he is very grateful for.
He thinks there are several others who have been more unlucky than him, and in order to be allowed to complete the film, they had to have several restrictions on the film set.
Among other things, employees on sets had to check how many they could be on the recording and wash objects that Hennie had touched.
– I stand there as a little kid who supplies me with something that others work enormously with to keep it within the restrictions.
Hennie felt that he was well taken care of and got to feel a little on a normal everyday life during the recording as he could not wear a face mask, among other things:
– The everyday is experienced magically and differently. It’s a feeling I’m going to take with me. One should be enormously grateful for the ordinary one has, because it does not take long before it is abnormal and impossible, he emphasizes.
Father of three
In December last year, Hennie shared on Instagram that he had become a father of three. The actor has two children with his wife Karoline Hegbom and a child from a previous relationship.
Hennie and Hegbom got married in September 2019.
Although he is busy with several film projects, he manages to combine the job with family.
– It’s like all other professions. There is nothing more difficult for me than an electrician or store employee, he says, adding:
– Our time is just as valuable and just as difficult to maneuver, but we try to use the valuable time we have on the people who are valuable to us.
