Oaxaca.- Elijio Gutiérrez was born in Chiapas and his mother tongue is Tzotzil, so he lived and grew until he came of age, he tells us that since he was 13 years old, he had the idea to arrive in the United States of America, to to be able to live comfortably and also to be able to have savings for after many years, to return to settle in Mexico, but having the capital to start with his own business and to be able to support himself, as well as his family.
Elijio Gutiérrez learned to speak Spanish gradually since his pre-adolescence, mastering it for several years. A young man of approximately 23 years old tells us that he has always been interested in having a lot of self-confidence, not exposing himself to any type of danger. That is why he always thought that arriving in the United States wanted to do it with confidence and security.
After living for some years in the State of Oaxaca, where he married and had a small son, he continued with his plan to travel to the United States, achieving this trip in 2019, first working as an agricultural laborer, having his current employment in a prestigious restaurant called Texas de Brazil, in the city of Columbus in the State of Ohio.
His goals are to support his family, he tells us that some of his brothers are working in Tequia Jalisco and have planned to travel to the United States, to work in the fields or in any other opportunity that comes their way.
With determination and confidence in the development of the activities assigned to him in this restaurant, Elijio Gutiérrez tells us that he has to always behave with respect, with a lot of positive energy, integrating very well with the work team, in order to contribute to everything run perfectly well in the company.
With the new technology, Elijio tells us that he is in constant communication with his brother Damaliel, who is in Guadalajara, Jalisco and he tells us – “very grateful to God for all the opportunities that have been presented to him” and that he has been able to take advantage of.
Elijio Gutiérrez tells us that from the United States he sends a very cordial greeting to both family and friends, wishing them to be in good health, recommending that they take good care of themselves and abide by the security measures, so that they continue to enjoy good health and keep working with enthusiasm.
