The Hague – Shima Kaes, Johnny de Mol’s ex-fiancée, has lost the summary proceedings against the State. Kaes had requested that the report against her ex be transferred to another public prosecutor because it was feared partiality. This is because three declarations in the file are handled by the same district. The judge rejected the request because no facts or circumstances have emerged “that give rise to the suspicion that there is no question of impartiality, independence and objectivity”, the judge in the court of The Hague ruled.
