The Upper Bavarian has traveled a lot in the world and yet returned to Bavaria. He is attached to his homeland and its customs, but is constantly looking for new ideas. For him this is not a contradiction: “Traditions are not set in stone. They will only continue to exist if they are carried and changed by people. I try to be traditionally different and to implement that consistently, ”says Florian.

The artist finds inspiration in the landscape of his Bavarian homeland. In his jewelry workshop, he makes sketches, forms models from wax and uses them to develop prototypes of his new idea together with his team.

It is jewelry with a story and jewelry that tells stories through whoever wears it. Florian Weidlich is not the only one who provides the ideas: customers can also incorporate their wishes. “I want to create a piece of Bavaria to take with me,” he says. This creates special pieces of jewelery with strong symbols such as the Bavarian lion or Bavaria as well as bracelets, made according to the Goaßln (whip) style.
