Espelkamp Festival. “Timothy” – alias Timo Hallmann – has returned from his studies in Berlin and has returned to his home town of Fiestel. The 22-year-old has now become a little celebrity on the music streaming service “Spotify”. The student can post a good 1.3 million streams to the songs he has published there so far.
