6th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY), pray for the Indonesian nation. SBY praying that the government and society can overcome the COVID-19 pandemic.
It was delivered SBY in his Twitter account with a blue tick as seen on Wednesday (28/7/2021). SBY emphasized the importance of praying in addition to continuing to strive.
“God, while working hard, we still ask for Your mercy. Save our country and all of us. Guide our government and also us the Indonesian people to be able to overcome this great pandemic. Amen,” wrote SBY.
As is known, the surge in the number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia has not subsided. Today, it was reported that there were 47,791 new cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia.
With this addition, the cumulative total of COVID-19 cases found in Indonesia from March 2020 to today is 3,287,727 cases. Meanwhile, the number of active COVID-19 cases per day is 558,392.
In addition, there were 43,856 patients who were declared cured of Corona today. The total number of Corona patients who have been declared cured to date is 2,640,676 people.
The government also stated that 1,824 Corona patients died today. The number of COVID-19 patients in Indonesia who died was 88,659 people.
