Pans blow from the roof by landing planes at Maastricht

When airplanes take off and descend they disrupt the airflow. This can cause turbulence or even a small whirlwind. That’s called a vortex. In certain wind directions and when the wind blows hard, this vortex can be very powerful. When a plane lands and flies low over a house, this vortex can hit the roof. This causes roof tiles to vibrate loose and fall off the roof.
