On Tuesday, the man was remanded in custody for two weeks with letter and visitation control.
It appears from the ruling that most of the documents in the case are conditional, ie hidden from the accused man. He is in custody because the court believes it is likely that he will destroy evidence if he is released now.
“The court refers in this connection to the fact that the police in the tactical part of the investigation will inform the case through questioning of children who can be easily influenced,” the court writes.
Police attorney Lisa Refsnes does not want to answer any of TV 2’s questions about the case. The man’s defender, lawyer Ivar Blikra, did not respond to TV 2’s inquiries on Tuesday.
