After about a year as boyfriends, the good news came that Paris Hilton (40) had become engaged with contractor Carter Reum (40) this winter.
Saturday, February 13th Reum went down on his knees with a ring designed by Jean Dousset, the great-grandson of Louis Cartier, as they celebrated her birthday.
