Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Z Fold 3 appear in renderings for the press; The first waterproof folds will start soon

The latest foldable smartphones in Samsung’s portfolio are set to debut on 11 august. So far we have managed to get a plausible idea about Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. However, they have appeared in press releases recently, and the famous rumor Evan Blass has confirmed important details about these leaflets. We have details below.

Galaxy Z Flip 3 appeared in detailed press renderings. Although the pattern in the images is displayed in black, it will also be available in shades such as green, purple, beige, gray, pink, blue and white. We find out that the main screen will be 6.7 inches diagonally, and the selfie camera will be integrated in the dot cutout and will have 10 MP. The rear panel has a dual camera setup, each sensor having 12 MP. The secondary display is 1.9 inches diagonally, being larger than the one found on the predecessor.

At the same time, Evan Blass confirmed both the features of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and those of the Galaxy Z Fold 3. The latter will have a main display of 7.6 inches diagonally, and the external one will have 6.2 inches. At the back is a triple camera setup, each sensor here having 12 MP. The secondary display has a 10 MP selfie camera. However, the Z Fold 3 will be the first foldable terminal with a selfie hidden under the screen. This front sensor will have 4 MP according to the rumor.

Last but not least, Blass provides us with information on styluses compatible with the foldable. We’ve already been able to see renderings with covers for Z Fold 3. However, it looks like there will be two S-Pens: one Pro and a variant called Fold Edition. Blass also confirms that the two terminals are water resistant IPX8. This standard is not very high, but the terminals will withstand an accidental fall into the water.

Inside we expect CPUs Snapdragon 888, at least 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB, 256 GB or 512 GB of storage. We found out in the past that the battery of Galaxy Z Flip 3 will have 3300 mAh, and charging would also be done at 15W in the case of this model.
