The incident occurred in the Olginsky district on July 25. There were many people on the beach in honor of the holiday, music was playing.
At some point, one of the vacationers decided to celebrate the day of the Navy “with a spark” and fired a rocket launcher into the sky, thinking that the charge would fly away towards the sea. But the plan failed … The wind carried the charge to the beach, where it wounded the resting woman.
It was later revealed that the gunman was a local 59-year-old man. And the injured 28-year-old native of Vladivostok went to the hospital with a hip injury.
