Mother and baby hit by car on the road
The images that a surveillance camera captured on Sunday in Yonkers, New York State, are frightening: A young mother is about to cross the street with her baby when a car shoots up, detects them and spins into a hair salon. Fortunately, two policemen were on site to help. We show the use in the video.
New York: Police Rescue Victims
Together with passers-by, who also helped immediately, they freed the woman and her eight-month-old child. The two had been crushed together under the car.
The mother broke her leg in the accident and the child even suffered a fractured skull. Both are not in mortal danger, however. You were taken to a hospital.
Police arrest drivers
The 43-year-old driver, who was driving at significantly increased speed and under the influence of drugs, was arrested at the scene of the accident.
