To help the business world, there are a number of incentives provided by the government.
The Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Airlangga Hartarto, said that tenants of places in shopping centers or malls would be granted tax exemption in June-August 2021.
“For the business world, shop rentals in shopping centers will be subject to Government Borne Value Added Tax (PPN DTP) for the June-August 2021 tax period. The Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) is in process,” said Airlangga in a press conference, Sunday (25/25). 7/2021).
Airlangga said, for other business sectors, the provision of a number of incentives is also being studied. For example, for the transportation and tourism sectors, the incentives are currently still being finalized.
