Timlo.net—A few days ago, a leak appeared about MIUI 13. In the leak revealed some new features software it compared to its predecessor. One of the new features is memory expansion. But in the leak, this feature has not been discussed in detail. On Friday (23/7) a new leak appeared that discussed this feature in detail.
According to the leak, the features memory expansion will be similar to the virtual RAM feature seen on Oppo and Vivo phones. With this feature, any Xiaomi device can get an additional 3GB of RAM apart from the default RAM on the phone. Basically, this feature will use the phone’s internal memory as RAM when this feature is activated.
According to the screenshot, on the settings page of the Xiaomi phone, there will only be a toggle to turn this feature off or on. Memory expansion will help old Xiaomi phones that have limited RAM.
Gizmo China reported on Friday (23/7) in addition to this feature, MIUI 13 is expected to be released with visual changes. Rumors are circulating that this new UI will bring new animations, new app icons and window game floating.
