The RC Lens won his first victory of the summer this Saturday at Boulogne-sur-Mer by winning 2-1 against Reims in the match played at 1 p.m. A rather logical victory acquired at the price in particular of a good second half.
Defender of Sang et Or, Jonathan Gradit looks back on this success but especially notes the progress of the group in this preparation. He comments:
« In the first half, we had a somewhat timid entry. We tried to get our laundry done a lot but we got stabbed a lot of times at the very beginning. After that it was very interesting in the second part of the first half because we started to gain the upper hand and regain our strengths from last season with intensity and high recoveries. I have the feeling that we are gaining momentum collectively and individually. Our physical trainers are very competent and warned us that it was going to be very complicated in terms of the legs at the start of preparation and that we were going to gain momentum. This is what is happening today. Last season we had a little sluggish friendlies and a very interesting start to the season in terms of intensity. We trust them. »
