Manchester United slaughtered by QPR in a trial match

Manchester United lost with a landslide score of 2-4 from Queens Park Rangers (QPR) in a test match which was held at Loftus Road Stadium, Saturday (24/7) night.

Man Utd failed to win in the second pre-season match after being slaughtered by QPR with a score of 4-2.

The Red Devils were actually able to take a quick lead in the third minute through Jesse Lingard. However, it did not take long for QPR to score a reply.

The club from the English League Championship Division was able to score an equalizer through Charlie Austin’s goal in the seventh minute.

No additional goals were created until halftime, both teams closed the first half with the score 1-1.

Entering the second half, QPR appeared more impressive. Mark Warburton’s team managed to lead 2-1 in the 53rd minute through Lyndon Dykes’ goal.

Rangers again managed to widen the advantage to 3-1 through a goal scored by Moses Odubajo in the 58th minute.

One minute later, Dykes scored his second goal to bring QPR 4-1 ahead over Man Utd.


Meanwhile, the Red Devils were only able to reduce the defeat to 2-4 through Antony Elanga’s goal in the 73rd minute.

This match is the second pre-season match for Man Utd. Previously, the Red Devils team won 2-1 over Derby County in the first friendly match of the season.
