Six new national police posts will be assigned to the Niort police station. Announcement of the Ministry of the Interior echoed by the mayor of Niort Jérôme Baloge this Monday, April 19. In a press release, the elected official said to be delighted with this decision which “should allow the national police to strengthen the effectiveness of its action against all forms of delinquency and in particular drug trafficking which disrupts the lives of residents in certain sectors of the city”.
Do not forget the associative fabric – Guillaume Chiche, deputy for Deux-Sèvres
News which is also welcomed by Deux-Sèvres MP Guillaume Chiche. The elected official states that“We must not forget the associative fabric, which works on a daily basis to promote living together and create social links. They should be given the means to act and to reinvest in the places”. The deputy still calls for the registration of Niort in the district of republican reconquest.
