The accident on the D1 motorway happened at the 55th kilometer around half past two in the afternoon. According to the police, five injured cars are injured. One man was rescued by firefighters, and a helicopter took him to the hospital.

The situation on the spot was complicated by the fact that one of the cars was transported by six dogs, which scattered after the accident. Firefighters have already managed to secure them and place them in prepared pens. “The dogs have been given water and are waiting to be taken over,” said fire department spokeswoman Vladimíra Kereková.

Police divert traffic to the 56th kilometer in Soutice, drivers can return to the 49th kilometer near the village of Psáře. Complications can be expected until six o’clock in the afternoon.

Seven injured in the Kolín region
Seven people, including four children, were injured in the accident of two cars on the Kolín bypass, said Petra Homolová, a spokeswoman for Central Bohemian rescuers.
