The fire was reported on line 101 at 3.06.
“The fire broke out in the utility room on the first floor of a three-story building. At the time of the fire there were 25 people inside the house: 22 elderly people (residents of the boarding house) and three doctors,” the State Emergency Service said.
The residents of the nursing home were taken out into the street. At 4:20 am the fire was extinguished.
“The fire destroyed the old household property in the utility room on an area of 16 m²,” the State Emergency Service noted.
