Pensions without tax 2022 – these will be the payments. For 2022, the government is preparing a number of changes as part of the Polish Deal. They are to concern, inter alia, seniors with the lowest pensions. People with the lowest benefit will be exempt from paying tax. It will mean more money in their pockets for them. The “Polish Deal” is a program of Law and Justice that the party wants to implement after the coronavirus pandemic. It is supposed to contain many proposals for citizens. We already know the first details of the programs.

As part of the Polish Deal, the tax system is to be changed. The new tax-free amount is to be PLN 30,000. This means that 65% of retirees and people with the lowest wages will be exempt from tax.
Pension tax is not to be levied up to PLN 2,500 gross. For seniors with the lowest pensions, this means more money in their pockets.
