1. Wash your hands with soap or hand sanitizer before wearing a mask.
2. Wear a clean mask that is not damaged / dirty.
3. Make sure the mask tightly covers the nose, mouth and chin area.
4. Press the top of the mask so that it closes following the shape of the nose.
5. Wear a double mask is better, with a combination of medical mask + cloth mask.
6. Avoid touching the front of the mask when in use.
7. Remove the mask from the back strap.
8. Wash your hands again with soap or clean with hand sanitizer after removing the mask.
