jpnn.com, JAKARTA – National Police Chief General Pol Listyo Sigit Prabowo ordered Polda and Polres throughout Indonesia to carry out large-scale patrols.
Simultaneous patrols tonight, Friday (23/7), related to the distribution of social assistance (bansos).
“To the ranks of the Regional Police and the Resort Police, at 21.00 WIB, they will carry out an apple activity and continue with large-scale patrols for distributing social assistance,” Sigit said in a written statement, Jakarta, Friday.
According to Sigit, the patrol activity is an effort by the Police to accelerate the distribution of social assistance from the government.
He emphasized to the Polda and Polres that the distribution of social assistance should be given to people whose economies are most affected.
For Sigit, the handover of social assistance distributed by the government through the TNI-Polri aims to help and ease the burden on the community in the midst of the current implementation of PPKM Level 4.
“All of our efforts are for the safety of the community. Of course, everyone hopes that the growth rate of Covid-19 will decrease, so that people can return to their activities,” said Sigit.
In carrying out patrols, all ranks of the Regional Police are reminded to prioritize a humanist approach to the community. (between/jpnn)
