A chase that began in the Barstow area after a report of a stolen Mercedes-Benz entered Los Angeles and ended with a collision with a door outside a home.
The chase occurred on the freeways east of Los Angeles before the driver took to the streets of the Norwalk area.
The driver was unable to make a right turn in the Lakewood area and crashed into a gate in front of a home. The driver got out of the car and was arrested.
