FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The upload of President Joko Widodo’s official social media account regarding the implementation of the Eid prayer has become a public conversation.
The reason is, on Twitter, Instagram and Jokowi’s official Facebook, it is said that the President performs Eid al-Adha prayers with a limited congregation at the Bohor Palace.
“I performed the Eid prayer this morning in the courtyard of the Bogor Presidential Palace with a limited congregation. Those who act as muezzins, imams and preachers are members of the Paspampres,” President Jokowi wrote on Tuesday (20/7/2021).
Ummat Party politician, Mustofa Nahrawardaya also commented on the upload of President Joko Widodo’s (Jokowi) official Twitter account regarding Eid al-Adha prayers using muezzins.
Mustofa Nahrawardaya satirized by asking what religious sect used the muezzin during Eid al -Adha prayers.
