The US National Aeronautics and Space Administration also announced their congratulations.

Billionaire Richard Branson, who recently carried out the first “tourist” suborbital flight, congratulated colleague Jeff Bezos on a successful space flight. He wrote about this on Tuesday, July 20, on his page in Twitter.

“Well done, BlueOrigin, Jeff Bezos, Mark, Wally and Oliver! Impressive! Best wishes from me and the entire Virgin Galactic team,” the message says.

Also congratulations made public on Twitter the United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

“Congratulations to the Blue Origin team on the first New Shepard flight with passengers on board. We look forward to future flights with researchers and a cargo of NASA-sponsored technology on board,” said NASA.

Recall, on the eve of Blue Origin completed the first suborbital flight New Shepard with four passengers on board: Jeff Bezos, his brother Mark, 82-year-old pilot Wally Funk, and 18-year-old Oliver Damen from the Netherlands.

The entire flight – from start to landing – took just under 11 minutes.
