The Toulouse University Hospital is recruiting a Biomedial Services Manager F / M, in particular in charge of the responsibility for the entire sector.
Your missions:
- Pilot and decline the implementation of the components of the establishment project within the sector by developing the quality approach in relation with the Director of the division.
- Collaborate in the strategic management of the pole.
- Plan, organize and manage all the resources, means and activities of the sector.
- Ensure the budgetary management and the piloting of the projects of the sector.
- Manage the management team, decline the managerial strategy of the establishment within the sector.
- Set up a communication policy with the objective of organizational coherence and team cohesion.
- Be the guarantor of the application of the regulations.
- Manage the monitoring of the proper fulfillment of regulatory obligations in terms of training
compulsory, controls, certifications, etc …
- Design, organize and manage the realization of activities concerning the biomedical equipment park: the implementation of investments; park management; maintenance ; the operational safety of biomedical equipment and materiovigilance, by managing the biomedical units of the CHU in accordance with the rules and objectives of the management.
- Develop working methods to professionalize the management of the equipment plan, the maintenance strategy and the biomedical purchasing prescription function.
- Manage the biomedical engineering team, stimulate a dynamic of communication and collaborative work, develop the skills of its employees.
- Define investment and maintenance policies, rules and objectives.
- Define the objectives and activity indicators of the Biomedical Department.
- Manage and control biomedical budgets for investments and operations.
BAC + 5: Engineering school or master with medical specialty
Experience in leading hospital projects.
Team management experience
Experience in managing and optimizing investments and maintenance
Additional training in hospital biomedical engineer
Driving license B
