‘Space Jam’ fans criticize this character’s lack of ‘A New Legacy’

It’s not clear who exactly came up with all the cameos we’re in Space Jam: A New Legacy can see. In addition to protagonist LeBron James, the film is full of cameos from acquaintances and media figures.

There were many remarkable moments in between. This is how we saw the sexually repressed nuns pass by The Devils from 1971. And the Droogs – who raped and murdered women – came in A Clockwork Orange also passed.

Strong criticism
Fans are now quite critical of exactly those choices. Because in addition to all those well-known figures, the Looney Tunes also play a major role in the film. And one who is missing is Pepé le Pew, who, according to Warner Bros. could potentially be seen as a racist character.

Fans respond to this, who believe that a lot less remarkable choices could and should have been made:

Space Jam: A New Legacy is a special experiment, which is amusing to watch, but also very much like an advertisement for all the different films and series that Warner Bros. has made in recent years.
