A file encoded in his phone
At around 11 a.m., a man and his wife, eight months pregnant, were in the sheer section of the Leroy Merlin store in Chartres. In the presence of his wife, the police searched the house. And grabbed his computer, a second phone and a camcorder.
According to our information, during his hearing, the man, the father of two children, would have declared to be the victim of impulses and to make videos under the clothes of women for nearly eight years. An encoded file, in his phone, containing videos, was decrypted by an investigator.
The chosen one, never condemned, was left free on Sunday morning, pending the exploitation of his seized equipment.
Two alleged victims have already been identified. The departmental security department for minors and families is responsible for further investigations.
