USCIS Expands Credit Card Payment Pilot Program to Form I-140 When Requesting Priority Processing

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced today that it has expanded a pilot program at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) to accept credit card payments using Form G-1450, Authorization of Card Transactions Credit for certain applicants requesting priority processing.

On July 19, the NSC began accepting credit card payments using Form G-1450, for petitioners who file Form I-140, Petition for Alien Immigrant Worker, when they file it with Form I-907. , Request for Priority Processing, or by filing Form I-907 to request priority processing for a pending Form I-140. The pilot program is still limited to the NSC. At the end of the pilot program we will evaluate the results and determine the next steps to expand this payment option to other forms or service centers. The goal of this pilot program is to bring USCIS one step closer to accepting digital credit card payments at all service centers.
