The Santa Cruz de Tenerife Shelter was evicted due to eight cases of Covid19 | Radio Club Tenerife | Hour 25 Canary Islands

The Municipal Reception Center from Santa Cruz of Tenerife has been evicted after detecting several positive people in Covid19 during this Thursday. Specifically, as reported by the Ministry of Health, it has been detected that four workers from the Center are positive in Covid19. What’s more, four users have confirmed his positive in the disease. Two of them remain hospitalized while the other two are isolated in a lodging resource adapted for it.

Other one hundred users known as the Municipal Shelter have been transferred to a center where they can spend the ten day isolation period, although all have tested positive for the disease.

The municipal services of the Tenerife capital will proceed to clean the center throughout the weekend. “As of today and during the weekend”, has recognized the councilor for Social Services, Rosario Gonzalez who warns that it will not be enabled for use during that time.
