In Belgium, the number of flood victims reaches 31, and more than 160 people are still missing

Another 163 people are now missing, according to a statement posted on the web.

Although rescue operations have been completed, search work is still ongoing in some areas. “We are now focusing on significant clean-up work and the assessment of material damage,” the statement said.
