The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) approved, on July 16, the prospectus relating to the issue of a bond by Douja Promotion Groupe Addoha. This loan is reserved for holders of existing bonds and is guaranteed by a mortgage on real estate owned by the company.
The operation ceiling on the two tranches is set at 454 million DH. The unlisted fixed tranche is at a rate of 4.93%, while the unlisted revisable tranche will have a rate of 4.54% for the first year. The subscription period runs from July 26 to 28 inclusive.
