It must be something we absolutely want to read in one go. We will start the first chapter during the day to get to the heart of the story. After that that book will remain taboo during the day. We will only have an appointment with him at night, when we wake up on time.
We will lose the hours of sleep that we would have already lost anyway, but we will spend them keeping our minds engaged in something beautiful that will do us good. A healthy and very pleasant escape from the problems of everyday life. Our mind will be forced to work on something positive and will train to do it more and more often until it no longer needs it.
It is possible to fight anxiety and insomnia with a remedy that is good for the mind and mood and will make us spend pleasant hours.
