In December 2020, it won the title of “International Van of the Year 2021” and in January 2021, the Argus Award “Van of the Year 2021”, Citroën ë-Jumpy receives the Millésime Award “2021. Compact Commercial Car of the Year ”presented by Kilometers Entreprise.
The award is another testament to ë-Jumpy’s success: in the first half of 2021, the Citroën was the most sought-after light electric truck in France, gaining 43.6% market share.
The new title confirms the importance of the model in its segment and the quality of the services offered by Citroën, meeting the new requirements of professionals. The competition jury consists of professional journalists who specialize in light freight transport. The ë-Jumpy was named the best compact light commercial vehicle of 2021, comparing six contenders for the title.

ë-Jumpy is available in two reaches to suit different business needs and budgets: with a 50 kWh battery, the mileage is 230 km (WLTP) and with a 75 kWh battery, it is 330 km (WLTP).
The ë-Jumpy 100 kW engine effortlessly reaches a top speed of 130 km / h, torque provides responsiveness and dynamics as soon as you start, no gear shifting required and the car drives without noise or vibration.
ë-Jumpy can be easily charged at home (with a Type 2 cable from a standard 8A socket or a Green’Up 16A socket), at a private or public charging station (Type 3 32A cable from the Wallbox), or at a public superfast charging station where the batteries are charged up to 80% level only takes 30 minutes. The use of electrical energy also allows better control of the cost of using the vehicle.
ë-Jumpy boasts the same practical features as the internal combustion models, namely a variety of body variants, a height of 1.90 m, which allows access to any car park, a cargo compartment volume of up to 6.6 m3, with a payload of up to 1275 kg and the outstanding versatility provided in particular by Moduwork, which turns the front of the car into a mobile office.
The award also recognizes the experience of the Citroën network and its business center teams in supporting professional clients in their mobility projects, developing individual solutions in terms of vehicle selection, financing, fleet management and operating cost optimization.
Charged opinion
Ironically, the Citroen press release has a picture of a Peugeot interior. It is no secret that these machines are made on one platform and their parameters are identical, but it seems that the emblem on the steering wheel is different. Be that as it may, EV will now receive more and more “annual awards” because there will simply be more.
This is probably one of the few “awards of the year” that is presented for the current year and not for the next year. Find out what Charged was nominated for 2020 electric car.
