Before taking vitamin D in supplement form, make sure people with Covid-19 first consult with their treating doctor.

Vitamin D supplements can be tablets, capsules, effervescent tablets, chewable tablets, lozenges, soft capsules, powders, or syrups. In addition to supplements, everyone can get vitamin D intake from sunbathing for 15 minutes every day.

Or, eat foods that contain lots of vitamin D such as fish, sardines, egg yolks, shrimp, cereals, to milk.

3. Zinc
