According to Ethiopian Defense Minister Martha Lewig, the current agreement “will strengthen the long-standing friendship between Ethiopia and Russia and will allow them to continue the common work which they lead even more closely ”.
The agreement would focus on improving the knowledge, skills and technical capabilities of the national defense forces.
