Members of the Sociedad Potosina La Lonja participated in a Wine Tasting.
The event was organized by Héctor Gordoa, who is a member of the Board of Directors of the centennial institution; and Alejandro Torres Barrera.
Ernesto Esquivel Rodríguez, president of the same, with Raúl Rivera, manager, led the pleasant meeting.
In a suitable atmosphere, the attendees tasted three reds from the Pájaro Azul Vineyard; a Guanamé Blend, Guanamé Malbec and a Blue Bird.
The tasting was led by the sommelier Karla Noyola, with the support of Diana Reyes.
Thus, the select audience learned about their characteristics and tasted them with exquisite sandwiches.
They also learned about the objective of this prestigious vineyard, which is to produce high-quality wines for its customers, taking care of the details in it, from planting, irrigation, fertilization, pruning, harvesting, aging and bottling.
The afternoon was splendid.
