Fight Cancer Summer Challenge: making miles for cancer research

People are challenged to drive as many sponsored kilometers as possible during the summer holidays (until August 31) to support cancer research. Participants choose their own challenge: how many kilometers they want to cover and how they are made (cycling, walking, swimming, surfing, etc.) is entirely up to the participants.

Via the Fight cancer platform, a link can easily be made with Strava and Fitbit, but the number of kilometers can also be tracked manually. Participants will then set up their personal campaign page, with which they can raise funds in their area to raise money for cancer research. For every kilometer that participants do not achieve within their personal challenge, they choose a consideration themselves, such as donating 1 euro to Fight Cancer for every kilometer that is not made.
